Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. Tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Duties and Taxes
Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to. Since Chou Chou is a Montreal-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
USA
We ship to the USA. Duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check. As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

SHIPPING to the USA
Shipping to the USA is done through Canada Post USA Expedited (5-7 Business Days) or Express (2-5 Business Days).
FREE Expedited on all orders over $300 Canadian dollars.
Orders under $300 are subject to a shipping charge:
Expedited (5-7 Business Days) - $20
Express (2-5 Business Days) - $45
All orders received after midnight Eastern Standard Time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
